What You Get
📅 Race Weekend Format
Day 1:
Qualifying Sessions to determine grid order.
Head-to-Head Drag Races – one-on-one knockout-style showdowns that fire up the crowd and set the tone for the finals.
Day 2:
The Grand Final Race – all boats on the grid in a high-intensity shootout for the championship.
🏁 Race Entries
Typically features 10 to 14 boats (depending on event budget and conditions).
Includes a mix of local and international racers.
🌍 International Presence
At least three (3) international drivers will be invited to raise the event’s profile and competitiveness.
🎤 Podium Ceremony
The weekend wraps up with a formal prize-giving ceremony conducted by a VIP guest on a professional podium, complete with trophies, media coverage and photo ops.
👷 Race Personnel Provided
Our experienced team ensures seamless, safe and fully compliant race operations:
Race marshals
Race commentator
Time and scoring officials
Flaggers and technical stewards
Rescue divers on standby
🚤 On-Water Support Fleet
We will supply at least two (2) operational boats for key roles:
Flag-off boat to start the race.
Rescue/support boat to ensure safety compliance.
VIP joyride boat for VIP guests, media personnel and selected guests—perfect for media moments and exclusive experiences.
What’s Required?
To host an F3000 race, your venue should meet the following requirements:
A minimum 2.5 km track with safety barriers and runoff areas.
Pit facilities with electricity and water supply (or genset), air-conditioned tents and a locked room to secure equipment and for pilot briefings.
Paddock access for teams and support vehicles.
A crane and pontoon to transport boats in and out of the water.
Provision of winner trophies and souvenirs.
Spectator areas (grandstands or safe open zones) and security/crowd management.
On-site medical and emergency response capabilities. We require two (2) ambulances, in addition to the assistance of Polis Maritim, Jabatan Bomba dan Penyelamat, RELA and Persatuan Bulan Sabit Merah.
Provision of tables, chairs, whiteboards, fire extinguishers, public address (PA) system, and related equipment.
